in the comfort of your own home.
All equipment is

SENIOR FITNESS CLASSES
Improve your mobility, your physical
strength and your mental health.
The class is mainly chair based and
all exercise techniques are taught
in a safe environment.

MEET YOUR TRAINER
JOHNNY
My aim is to provide value to my
community by inspiring all ages to keep fit
and be in the best shape of their lives.
I do this by using my experience as a
Personal trainer and ex-international rugby
league player to help individuals and teams
reach their tness goals. I am passionate
about helping people improve their quality
of life and constantly strive for happiness.

OUR CLASSES
There are different classes available as I work with all ages groups and have tailored my camps, sessions and classes to suit.

KIDS PE CAMP
The Camps take place outdoors during
the school holidays at
Booterstown Park
Monday – Friday from 10am – 1pm
Bushy Park
Monday – Friday from 2pm – 5pm
FROM €15 per class

PERSONAL TRAINING
Sessions are booked on
an hourly basis.
Book and pay for your sessions and
contact Johnny to book your time slots.
I will meet you at your house or
nearby park.
FROM €45 per class

SENIOR FITNESS CLASS
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am.
The classes are 40 minutes long.

COVID
During training sessions safety measures are our priority.
COVID AWARENESS
- Face masks are compulsory and we
provide gloves - Hand washing stations are available and
we provide hand sanitisers - All equipment is wiped down before and
after classes - We maintain a safe social distance of 2 metres

I strive to add value to the community
by helping all generations to reach
their fit ness goals.
As an ex-Springbok touch player I understand what it takes both physically and mentally to be the best you can be. I see fitness training as an education whereby I provide people with the right tools and support to train correctly and effectively. Over the years I have built up a great trust and rapport amongst the community. This has given me a great understanding of what people need to keep it, healthy and happy.
